Washington Small Business Development Centers promote economic vitality by providing advice, training and research to entrepreneurs and existing businesses statewide. The SBDC is a cooperative effort of Washington State University, other educational institutions, economic development organizations and the US Small Business Administration.

OMWBE develops programs designed to improve the contributions of minority and women-owned small businesses to the Washington State economy. Our business development services help certified firms to grow, build capacity, market their services, and access opportunities.  Services include; Linked Deposit Program, and small business workshops.
