Susan Wight's career path is unique. As Virginia's former top steeplechase jockey two years in a row, she knows what it takes to make it to the finish line first. She trained and raced steeplechase horses and continues to nurture her passion for horses through her participation on the Loudoun Hunt Board. In her first six months in Mary Kay, Susan earned her first company car. Four months later she became a Director, mentoring women across the country. She earned four free cars and multiple awards for her work helping other women. At eWomenNetwork, Susan became a Regional Executive Director. Her forte is motivation.
